As the “Bill Halman-ac”, I spend quite a bit of time pouring over weather models in the Corus Cornwall “Map Room”. Always trying to stay ahead of the extreme weather is an exhaustive practice but rewarding when you get it right. Also, it’s satisfying when other meteorologists and weather gurus see what you see.
Why do I even mention this? Although there is plenty of snow coming this weekend, the weather models I’m studying are saying that there could be more than expected falling on Saturday. I noticed it about 24 hours ago and now the “Weather Experts” are catching up. For example, Facebook’s Instant Weather Ontario is saying we could see up to 50 cm this weekend.
So sharpen your shovels and gas up your blowers as it could be a weekend of digging out you and your neighbours from another blast from Jack Frost and Mother Nature.
