While packing for a move I found a box full of old records that my parents kept that are in mint condition. Some of the albums are from old artists like Brenda Lee, Dean Martin and The Glenn Miller Orchestra. There are some newer ones like Michael Jackson’s BAD, and the Dirty Dancing soundtrack.
It has gems like a John Denver live album and the Bee Gee’s Greatest Hits to Neil Diamond and compilations of awesome tunes from the 60’s and 70’s.
I can’t wait to move into my new place and get a record player to relive these classic albums the best way to listen to music…on a record. Despite all the advances in quality there is something soothing anf warm about the sound from a turntable that I miss dearly.
